-If you cancel an appointment you booked (on Vagaro or over the phone through a service provider via call or text) in 24 hours or more you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee that is non-refundable. 

-If you cancel in less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service that was booked, this includes rescheduling 

-If you have rescheduled or cancelled more than 2x a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings. If you have made a deposit and decide to cancel if it is not within 24 hours or more of the service your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged the other half of the service

-No call/no show will be charged the full amount of the service fee

-A small charge is added to do lash work from another artist. We do not "fill" work from other artists without giving you a consultation first. If the set was not properly applied by the previous lash artist we require  full removal and a fullset

-DO NOT bring anyone to your appointment they will be asked to wait outside. This includes friends and children

-All lash sets must have at least 40% retention to be considered a re-fill. If you come with less than that you will not get a full set for a refill price. You will get what you pay for. If we don't have time to do a fullset you will have to reschedule

-If you have received lash extention services from us and have any issues or concerns contact us within 72 hours to get anything fixed or adjusted with no charge. Anything after this time period you will be charged a service fee

-Do not show up sick to your appointment. There is a strong possibility it will be  canceled upon your arrival

-If you are 15 minutes late or later for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and keep the deposit or charge you for the time booked out

-If you have skin conditions or are on any retinol or acne medication you are not eligible to receive waxing services at our studio
